PEN urges immediate release of Liu Xiaobo on International Human Rights Day

PEN International in partnership with Front Line Defenders launches International Campaign for Poet and Nobel Laureate Liu Xiaobo


To mark the second anniversary of the awarding of the Nobel Peace Prize to our colleague Liu Xiaobo, poet and former president of the Independent Chinese PEN Centre (ICPC), PEN International, in partnership with the Dublin-based human rights organisation Front Line Defenders, is launching an international campaign to call for his release.
